An order can be cancelled only before it has been dispatched from the warehouse. You can get an update of your order by logging into Cotrasworld’s Website, Mobile Site. Once a cancellation request is raised, any amount paid will be credited back to the same payment mode using which the payment was made.
Requests received after shipment of the product or after 24 hours of placing the order would not be entertained.

All the payments made using Credit card, Debit Card, Net Banking and Wallets are refunded to the source account in 15-20 business days from the date of order cancellation request. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway, payments refund will be made to the same account. Cotrasworld.com may at its sole discretion, request you to share with us a screenshot of your bank statement in case of any discrepancies.
Any shipping or COD charges incurred by you will not be refunded.
A return/refund request is acceptable only if the product is bought from Cotrasworld.com desktop/mobile site. Products purchased from our online and offline distributors will be declined for return/refund by us. Kindly use the same channel for exchange, refund and returns.
Non-acceptance of COD Orders
In case, customer does not accept the COD order after shipment, such customers will not be able to place COD order on our website in future.
