Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions. Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide a resolution to any situation we deem fit. Each exchange and return is handled on a case-by-case basis, and we request you to get in touch with our team for a prompt resolution.

Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day return and exchange window, giving you the flexibility to return or exchange items purchased from cotrasworld.com within 7 days from the date of receipt. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition—unused, unwashed, with tags and packaging intact. Any exchange requests raised after the 7-day window will not be entertained.

Exchanges are allowed only once per order and can be made for a different size or garment. Please note that the exchange process is subject to your address falling under a serviceable area by our logistics team.

The return or exchange shipment must be managed and paid for by the customer. Please use the return address printed at the bottom of the packing slip included in your parcel. After dispatching the item back to us, kindly share the courier receipt with us via email for tracking purposes.

Items that fail our quality checks (damaged, used, or missing tags) may not qualify for return or exchange. For assistance in such cases, our customer support team will be happy to help.

Please note that no returns or exchanges are offered on discounted or altered items.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they have been dispatched from our warehouse. You can check your order status through the “View Order” and tracking links sent to your registered WhatsApp number and email.

If your cancellation request is raised before dispatch (and within 24 hours of placing the order), your payment will be refunded to the original payment method. Refunds are initiated within 7 business days from the cancellation date or from the date of receiving a return parcel, depending on the case.

Refunds are made to the original source of payment—credit/debit card, net banking, UPI, or wallet. If there are any discrepancies, Cotraas may request a screenshot of your bank statement for clarification. Please note that shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

We only accept return and refund requests for purchases made through our official website cotrasworld.com. Items purchased through our offline partners or stockists must be returned via the original channel of purchase.
