Shipping Charges
We charge a flat shipping rate of ₹100.00 (excluding GST) on all domestic orders, regardless of the number of items or the total weight. The final order value is calculated after applying any available discounts, taxes (VAT/GST), or promotional offers. Shipping and handling rates for international orders vary based on the product, its size and volume, the packaging used, and the shipping destination. Get in touch with our team for more details.
Order delivery Timeline
Once an order is placed, it is processed within 48 working hours. After processing, we aim to deliver your order within 5 to 8 business days. However, depending on your location, there may be occasional delays beyond this time frame.
Shipping & Order Tracking
All orders are packed and dispatched from our warehouse based in Jaipur, Rajasthan. We work with leading domestic courier partners to ensure delivery across most Indian postal codes. After your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation on your registered WhatsApp number as well as your email. This message will include a link that allows you to track your order directly and stay updated on its status.
Non-Availability
In case of non-availability at the time of delivery, our courier partners will make three attempts to deliver your package before it is returned to us. To avoid such issues, please make sure that the shipping address and mobile number you provide are complete and accurate.
Modes Of Payment
For domestic orders, we accept a variety of payment methods including all major debit and credit cards such as Mastercard, Visa, Rupay etc. We also support Net Banking through most major Indian banks, along with UPI and Cash on Delivery. As a token of appreciation for choosing prepaid payment, we offer a 5% discount on all prepaid orders when you apply the code PP5 at checkout.
Non-Acceptance of COD Orders
Customers are deemed ineligible for placing COD (Cash on Delivery) orders if they show repeated behaviour of refusal of accepting these orders post shipments. They will have to make pre-paid purchases in the future.
